Plot:
When police inspector Jagdish Chandra decides to investigate against gangster, Thakur Azghar Singh he finds himself over his head and eventually murdered by two foreigners, Lawrence and Peter hired through Azghar, leaving two young boys to fed for themselves. Years later one grows up with a police commissioner and becomes a cop himself, inspector Avinash, while the other grows up with Lawrence and Peter and becomes a small-time thief, Brijesh alias Biju. Both are enemies but unite on a dangerous campus to wreck vengeance against Thakur and his gang.
